Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)

The FCA helps care partners who care for patients at home. Their site provides online talks, support, and news on public policy along with help on how to provide long-term care.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research

Actor Michael J. Fox, who has PD, started this group to drive high-impact research toward a cure for PD. The site offers up-to-date information about research, news, and events.
National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC)

The NAC supports care partners and the healthcare workers who help them. They also teach the public about issues facing care partners today.
National Family Caregivers Association

The National Family Caregivers Association educates, supports, empowers, and speaks up for the more than 50 million Americans who care for loved ones with a chronic illness or disability or the frailties of old age. NFCA reaches across the boundaries of diagnoses, relationships, and life stages to help transform family caregivers' lives by removing barriers to health and well being.
National Parkinson Foundation

The National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) is the largest and oldest national Parkinson foundation in the United States. NPF supports Parkinson-related research, patient care, education, training, and outreach. NPF Chapters and Centers work with hundreds of people in support groups throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas. The site offers features such as Ask the Doctor, Ask the Surgeon, and Ask the Parkinson Dietitian.
